Yetholm is a popular conservation village in scenic Borders countryside. The Cheviots, and surrounding countryside, offer an abundance of opportunities for walking, cycling, golf, fishing and other rural pursuits from the door.

Church View has a good central location within Kirk Yetholm and enjoys a north westerly aspect to the front. Amenities in Kirk Yetholm include a church and a popular inn (the Border Hotel). A wider range of amenities is found in neighbouring Town Yetholm, these including an inn, post office, general store, butcher and primary school. Nearby Kelso is a good shopping centre with a wide range of recreational and sporting facilities including Kelso race course and Floors castle.

The cottage is generously proportioned, well appointed and well presented family accommodation. A living room, dinning room, kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine.
With three bedrooms (one en suite) a family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms can be made into twin rooms, please specify if you require this on booking otherwise all rooms will be set as doubles. Outside there is a terraced garden, outdoor seating and a bbq.

There will be basic provisions in the cupboards for guests, bread, cereals, milk and eggs from our own organic hens. Toiletries, linen, towels etc all provided.

The Border hotel is about 150m from the cottage and offer breakfasts for non residents. As well as lunches and evening meals

Dogs by arrangement at a cost of £25 per stay, they will have a dog bed and bowl for their use during your stay.
